This role sits within the Shared Services Centre in IT team. The intern will be responsible in the following: Assessing existing SAP/ other application operation process and recommending improvements. Ensuring compliance and supporting annual audit exercise. Assist in AMS weekly reporting to monitor aging tickets, team performance, open tickets etc. Assist to perform service requests (minor changes) and provide customer experience on their queries or pain points based on standard operating procedures (SOP). Coordinate in User Access Review for applications. Participate in system integration testing (SIT) testing and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for enhancements/projects.
