**En tu rol**:
- You will be responsible for supporting the Human Resources department.
- Support in the planning of high impact events and initiatives.
- Follow up on Human Resources processes.
- Follow up on the employee engagement plan.
- Generate reports and data analysis.
- Support in internal processes of personnel hiring and dismissal.
- Has a minimum of 6 months of experience in Human Resources.
- Bachelor's degree in Administration, Psychology or related field.
- Able to hold conversations in English (written and spoken).
- Has basic knowledge in Human Resources.
- Has knowledge in Microsoft Office software.
