Job Description

The company is looking for:

  • Currently enrolled in a degree program (Diploma or Bachelor’s) in Electrical/Electronics Engineering, Microelectronics, Physics, Mechatronics, or related fields.
  • Basic understanding of semiconductor devices and test principles.
  • Familiarity with JMP, Minitab, or Python for data processing is preferred.
  • Coursework or projects involving MOSFETs, semiconductors, or electronics testing are advantageous.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to work across teams.
  • Assist in analyzing test and yield data to identify performance shifts, recurring failures, or systematic trends.
  • Participate in sustaining projects focused on cost reduction, test time optimization, and material/process improvements.
  • Support investigations of cost drivers including test cost, scrap, material usage, and equipment efficiency.
