To support HPOE’s outreach and engagement efforts in communicating key performance narratives and transformation models across Singapore Hub.

• Translate complex operational concepts into clear, compelling, and visually impactful communication materials for roadshows, leadership engagements, and ground staff outreach.
• Design and produce multimedia content such as videos, visual posters, newsletters and presentation assets to drive awareness, understanding, and adoption of these enterprise‑wide frameworks.
• Support the development of dashboards and visual storytelling tools to enhance communication effectiveness during engagements.
• Provide administrative support including scheduling meetings, maintaining project files, managing correspondence, and preparing presentation decks and reports.
