Role

We are looking for an energetic IT Support Intern. The ideal candidate should have a bachelor's degree in computer science/engineering with a sound understanding in the field.

Responsibilities

• Assist smooth running IT operations of the assigned region, including office network, internet devices, and computer systems.
• Assist in design, development, implement, and maintain the IT infrastructure to proactively plan for future organizational growth.
• Keep record of inventory.
• Plan procurement of IT equipment and liaise with local peripheral vendors/ISPs as and when required for IT infrastructure management.
• Working with the team hands-on, when required, to ensure continuous operations at all times.
• Help oversee timely resolution of IT support tickets raised by company employees.
• Keep close eye on information security in the organization and implement information security policies.
