Intern, IT Network (Summer 2026) Reports to:
Manager, IT Network
Role Summary The IT Network Intern supports the IT/Network team in maintaining, troubleshooting, and optimizing the organization’s network infrastructure. This role provides hands‑on experience with networking technologies, system administration, and IT support while assisting in day‑to‑day operations.
Key Responsibilities
Assist in the installation, configuration, and maintenance of network hardware such as routers, switches, firewalls, and access points
Monitor network performance and help identify connectivity issues or bottlenecks
Provide basic technical support to end‑users, including troubleshooting network‑related problems
Support the setup and maintenance of LAN, WAN, and Wi‑Fi networks
Help document network configurations, processes, and troubleshooting procedures
Participate in network security tasks such as updating antivirus softw...
