Job Description
Responsibilities
- Assist to initiate and establish efficient and cost‑effective tools and parts for direct material scrappage.
- Direct materials – Mold Compound, Wire, epoxy and Leadframe.
- Help Engineers coordinate with function groups and develop strategies to support production and customer needs.
- Assist the quality engineering team with analysis and planning to address quality issues.
- Standardization and improvements.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or equivalent.
- Basic knowledge of either C++ or Pascal programming languages.
- Familiarity with statistical process control and problem‑solving methodologies.
