Legrand has an exciting opportunity for a Manufacturing Transformation Intern to join the Operations Excellence and Modernization Team within our Data Center Power & Control Division in Reading, UK. This role will work closely with senior leadership to help shape and drive the global manufacturing transformation strategy. Key focus areas will include digital transformation on the shop floor and the development of a robust manufacturing ecosystem involving suppliers, research institutions, and strategic partners. The internship will be hybrid, with approximately 20% travel, and may include project management responsibilities to advance key initiatives.
