Responsibilities
- Liaise with organizational learning business partners to assess training requests and prioritize them to meet required deadlines.
- Create training schedules, confirm duration, book classrooms and optimize capacity.
- Handle data entry to assign skills and certifications to employees who have completed training.
- Update the Learning Management System (LMS).
- Support special projects such as process improvement, the French language program, the new LMS implementation (e.g., PowerBI integration), and ad hoc requests.
- Adapt responsibilities as the internship progresses based on learning curve.
Qualifications
- Currently completing a Bachelor's degree in Administration, Human Resources or related field.
- Completed a minimum of two study terms in the program.
- Strong communication skills in spoken and written French and English.
