Job Responsibilities
- 1、Responsible for optimizing and standardizing production processes, and creating process documentation (SOP, Control Plan, stationBOM, etc.).
- 2、Analyze production anomalies (e.g., low yield, inefficiency) and propose improvement solutions for implementation.
- 3、Participate in New Product Introduction (NPI), conduct process feasibility assessments, design fixtures, and track trial production issues.
- 4、Support NPI in setting up production lines.
- 5、Maintain mass production operations, troubleshoot unexpected issues, and ensure smooth production.
- 6、Drive Lean Manufacturing and cost-saving efficiency projects.
- 7、Collaborate with Quality, R&D, NPI, and other teams to resolve cross-functional technical issues and ensure compliance with quality/safety/environmental standards.
