Job Description:

As the Internal Account Manager you will manage a retention portfolio with responsibility to grow/retain membership
Ensure accurate and timely administration of the existing client renewals process (across multiple products) to improve group retention and lapse rates
As the Internal Account Manager you will understand a client's requirements and propose a tailored solution to meet these needs
