The Role

• Selecting appropriate candidates from multiple advertisements via our own websites and the Recruitment websites
• Virtual first line Interviewing high volumes of candidates across several disciplines and across the whole of the Network using Zoom, TEAMs, and occasionally the telephone
• Recognising talent and making recommendations to our senior team for follow up interviews
• Managing your pipeline of candidates and following up on offers and placements for your areas of responsibility
• Working closely with our senior management team and Directors running weekly calls to discuss recruitment and updates of vacancies/candidates
