Internal Sales Coordinator

Keyfix, part of the Keystone Group of companies, specialises in the design, manufacture and supply of non-combustible cavity systems for the high rise building sector. We currently have an opening for an Internal Sales Coordinator on a full time permanent basis. Reporting into our Financial Controller you will work closely within the team to help support all transactional sales administrative and systems order processing. 

Responsibilities & Duties

• Logging and inputting of Sales Quotatios, Blanket Orders, Call offs and Delivery Dates on Microsoft Navision (NAV).
• Respond with detail and pricing to incoming Ties and Fixings related enquiries and redirect anything technical to the relevant engineer.
• Maintaining communication between internal departments, Technical Engineering and Warehouse/Dispatch to ensure a smooth internal order transition, specifically in relation to Wall Ties and Fixings
