INTERNAL SALES CONSULTANT – DURBAN

A well-established company is looking for an experienced Internal Sales Consultant to join a fast-paced branch environment.

We are looking for a strong administrator with sales ability, who is confident handling customer orders, quotations, stock coordination, and client service.

Key Responsibilities

• Process customer orders via telephone, email and walk-in clients
• Prepare and follow up on quotes, invoices and dispatch orders
• Manage back orders, stock availability and supplier orders
• Coordinate with drivers and update the delivery board
• Maintain accurate stock control and regular stock takes
• Assist with new client onboarding and customer database updates
• Follow up on outstanding debtors and client payments
• Promote specials, product ranges and upsell the full basket of goods
