Job Description

Key Requirements:

  • Exceptional email etiquette, with a strong emphasis on spelling and grammar

  • Excellent telephone communication skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office

  • Strong time and task management abilities

  • Must reside within close proximity to Kempton Park
  • Duties and Responsibilities: 
    Customer Relations:
  • Review orders department inboxes for pending tasks such as outstanding orders

  • Log customer complaints, personal or product-related, and ensure timely feedback.

  • Courtesy calls to potentially disgruntled clients after have finalized a given task.

  • Assist orders and sales with quotes and inquiries from existing clients
  • Sales:
  • Log all inbound sales inquiries (Phone, Email, Website, Walk-In)

  • Make and log outbound sales calls to set up appointments for sales reps
