The Internal Sales Representative will be responsible for managing customer accounts and generating sales leads within the steel industry.
  Responsibilities: 
 Develop and maintain relationships with existing and new customers in the steel industry.
 Plan and execute sales strategies to achieve sales targets.
 Provide customers with product information, pricing, and delivery details.
 Prepare and send quotations to customers.
 Follow up on sales leads and inquiries.
 Collaborate with the external sales team to coordinate sales efforts.
 Identify opportunities for cross-selling and upselling.
 Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer records in the CRM system.
