We are looking for an International Benefits Specialist to support our team in Madrid.
Responsibilities
Serve as the primary point of contact for all benefits inquiries, renewals, and day‑to‑day administration across LATAM markets (e.G., Mexico, Brazil, Colombia, Argentina, Chile). Own the regional renewal calendar end‑to‑end.
Manage relationships with regional brokers, insurers, and benefits providers;
support renewal negotiations alongside the Total Rewards Manager and monitor SLA delivery.
Maintain working knowledge of mandatory benefits and labor legislation across LATAM markets (e.G., IMSS, INSS, Aportes, AFP) and partner with local HR and Legal to ensure full compliance.
Manage benefits data, plan configuration, and business processes within Workday;
