Natulim is an eco-friendly cleaning products brand with active sales in 9 European countries (ES, FR, IT, PT, PL, RO, HR, CZ, GR) through Shopify DTC, Amazon, and retail channels. We generate €24M in revenue and are growing fast. We are looking for someone to help us manage the tax complexity of operating across multiple European jurisdictions.
WHAT WILL YOU DO?
- Manage and maintain the Avalara platform for VAT filings across different countries — configuration, reconciliation, review of tax returns, and issue resolution
- Monitor tax regulatory changes across the 9 countries and flag relevant compliance obligations
- Act as the first point of contact for notifications from local tax authorities, coordinating with local representatives for formal representation
- Respond to recurring tax-related queries from the team (Corporate Tax, VAT, transfer pricing, permanent establishment)
