THE ROLE: Manager, International Recruitment
- Drive enrollment and revenue targets for assigned markets by leading sales efforts and agent management.
- Identify and support articulation agreements with institutions to enhance recruitment outcomes.
- Build and sustain relationships with recruitment agents and external partners.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and deliver quality support to prospective students.
- Oversee and manage in-country representatives across assigned markets, ensuring accountability to agreed KPIs and recruitment targets.
