The Internet Circuit Manager is responsible for the lifecycle management, performance, and reliability of all internet and WAN circuits across the organization. This role ensures optimal connectivity by coordinating with service providers, monitoring circuit health, managing outages, and supporting capacity planning. The ideal candidate combines technical networking knowledge with strong vendor management and operational skills

What You'll Do:
Circuit Management
Maintain inventory of all internet and WAN circuits (fiber, broadband, MPLS, DIA, etc.)
Oversee provisioning, upgrades, renewals, and decommissioning of circuits
Ensure accurate documentation of circuit details, SLAs, and configurations
Vendor & Carrier Coordination
Act as the primary point of contact for ISPs and telecom providers<...
