JOB SUMMARY:
The interns will work alongside seasoned culinarians to get a 360 picture of the hospitality industry, with a focus on the Universal Culinary program. Students will be able to gain exposure to variety of restaurant and styles of service, from signature to fast-casual and special events and our state-of-the-art production kitchen and bakery. Those chosen for this role will have the once in a lifetime opportunity to conduct a presentation that will focus on a dish circled around one of our marquee events or specialty themed locations that will be presented to the Universal Orlando Executive Culinary Team.
