Job Description
Internship dates: August 31st to December 18th, 2026.
Location: The position is based at our Longueuil location; internship from Monday to Friday, with flexible hours and exclusively on-site.
Day-to-day responsibilities
- Report and communicate Engineering department travel expenses using SAP and Excel.
- Perform journal entries in SAP at month‑end to reclass travel expenses to their correct cost center.
- Record corporate plane travel expenses in SAP throughout each month.
- Assist with month‑end reporting and monthly, quarterly, and yearly forecasting by running and communicating variance analysis reports.
- Manage the team’s journal entry approval and completeness compliance at month‑end to support robust internal controls.
- Develop automated standard reporting tools to identify variance drivers faster and increase communication efficiency to key decision makers.
