Internship Position: Maintenance Reliability Engineer Student (Fall 2026)
Location: Halifax, Nova Scotia (Plant 41). Internship dates: August 31st to December 18th, 2026. Hours: Monday–Friday, on‑site only.
What will your day‑to‑day look like?
- Conduct plant‑wide equipment criticality assessments to classify assets based on risk and operational impact.
- Perform Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) on critical equipment, using tailored approaches for high‑priority assets and standardized methods for others.
- Analyze plant performance using Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) metrics to identify gaps and improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with maintenance and operations teams to support the execution of reliability and continuous improvement initiatives.
