Assist Network & System Engineers with day-to-day technical operations, including setup, troubleshooting, and maintenance of network infrastructure.

Provide technical support to end-users on system and network-related issues.

Perform basic diagnostics and identify issues related to internet connectivity, network speed, and wireless coverage.

Perform routine checks and preventive maintenance on systems and network devices.

Participate in system and network upgrade projects.

Conduct research and testing on IT tools as guided by senior engineers.

Help enforce IT and data security across systems and networks.

Conduct site visits for Wi-Fi and broadband services, including cabling and testing connections.
