WHO WE'RE LOOKING FOR
We're on the hunt for a visually-driven, trend-obsessed Creative Intern to join us for the launch of luxury high-rise condominium vacant possession — one of our most exciting project milestones. If you live on TikTok and Instagram Reels, have a good eye for design, and know how to make content that actually stops the scroll , we want you on this team.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
- Shoot & Direct Content: Lead on-site photo and video shoots at the development site — unit walkthroughs, handover moments, resident reactions, and lifestyle visuals. You'll be behind the lens and calling the shots.
- Trending Content Creation: Identify and apply trending audio, formats, and content styles (TikTok trends, Reels hooks, Xiaohongshu aesthetics) and adapt them creatively to fit the brand — with the goal of boosting reach and engagement. <...
