Job Description

  • Assist HOD/SSO in the overall administration of the GR/SES-Pg5 department.

  • Support all administrative activities within the SES department.

  • Update, organize, and maintain department records and files.

  • Order and manage office supplies and equipment.

  • Support special projects and assigned initiatives.

  • Analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) on a monthly basis.


Qualifications

  • Degree/Diploma; Business Management, secretarial, or office management fields are an advantage.

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office software.

  • Good communication skills in English.

  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
