Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the end-to-end recruitment process, including job postings, resume screening, and interview scheduling.
  • Support new hire onboarding activities, including preparation of onboarding kits and welcoming interns or new employees.
  • Help organize employee engagement programs and HR events, by coordinating logistics, preparing materials, managing documentation, and supporting execution on the ground.
  • Assist in admin department tasks such as office supplies inventory, filing, and logistical support for employee activities.
  • Support the team in timekeeping validation and reports preparation, as needed.
  • Perform basic HR and administrative tasks such as preparing letters, scanning documents, updating trackers, and assisting with office coordination requirements.
