Responsibilities:
Independent processing of one or more development projects 
Analysis of existing processes and materials 
Planning and execution of laboratory tests in the chemical field 
Preparation of new formulations for anti-friction coatings and application of these via spray or dip-spin application on metal or polymer substrates
Characterization and evaluation of pretreated/coated surfaces using various methods such as tribology measurements, corrosion tests or surface tension measurements
Detailed documentation of results 
Close cooperation with production and application engineering
Transfer of the new processes to pilot plant scale
Qualifications:
Studies in chemical engineering, process engineering, chemistry, materials science or related fields
