As an Intervenor Services Specialist, you will play a key role in strengthening service delivery throughout Supported Living and Community programs. This position focuses on mentorship, coaching, and collaboration with teams to ensure person-centered care and high-quality outcomes. You'll work closely with the Operations Manager to support effective program management and coordination.

• Guide Intervenors in communication and service delivery
• Provide input into performance management and development needs
