Role Overview
The Supply Chain and Logistics team plays a vital role in ensuring a strong and efficient supply chain and logistics infrastructure that drives business growth and enables global expansion. They provide business planning guidance and logistics strategy assistance to existing businesses, helping them optimise operational efficiency.
Key Responsibilities
- Day‑to‑day operations with logistics service providers (LSP) in EU countries
- Communicate daily with local LSP teams to solve collection issues, etc.
- Monitor overall delivery performance across EU
- Participate and conduct weekly calls with LSP managers to review main KPIs.
- Proactive monitoring of created, pick‑up volume and backlogs via different dashboards/reports and identify and resolve collection issues, fails, late or missing ascans, leadtime offenders
