WNS in Cape Town is looking for a Real-time Monitoring and Queue Management professional to oversee operations across multiple channels. The role involves tracking performance metrics, managing real-time adherence, and coordinating with stakeholders for optimal operational efficiency.
The successful candidate will have 2–4 years of experience in WFM, preferably within a BPO environment, and must be comfortable utilizing tools such as Verint and Genesys. US Rotational Night Shift is required.
