Job Description

Qualifications


  • At least 3 years' experience as a People Manager or equivalent Leadership capacity in a BPO or Shared Services setup
  • At least 3-5 years' experience in Inventory Accounting e.g., performing Inventory cycle counts, valuation, obsolescence, turns, customer/vendor rebates
  • Prior Internal & External audit experience
  • Well versed in IFRS and US GAAP
  • Prior experience in any of the following: JDE, BlackLine, AS400, Navision
  • Advanced Excel (vlookup, xlookup, pivot tables) experience
  • Task prioritization under deadlines
  • Amenable to work permanent night shift schedules (US hours)
  • Will follow temporary WFH setup but must be amenable to work in Alabang, Muntinlupa City once required to RTO
  • Can start ASAP
