Kendrick Recruitment is currently seeking a meticulous and systems-driven Inventory Controller for a celebrated 5‑star boutique hotel situated in the Gardens area of Cape Town, forming part of a highly regarded South African hospitality group. The role is senior and detail‑intensive, overseeing all stock‑holding departments across the property, including beverage, food, spa retail, galleries, housekeeping amenities, and operational equipment. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining inventory accuracy at property level, ensuring all data is complete, audit‑ready, and aligned with group standards.
