Position Summary

Ensures adequate inventory of materials and products in accordance with inventory cycles and organizational philosophy. Conducts daily inventory analysis to solve inventory problems. Develops and implements inventory control procedures. Coordinates and manages daily physical cycle counts. Trains and manages an inventory team.

Essential Job Functions

• Implements inventory management strategies to assure company objectives in the areas of safety, productivity, quality, customer service, cost and profitability.
• Directs staffing, training, and performance management to develop and improve inventory management function.
• Manages and tracks product inventories, providing direction on work in process, finished goods and aged inventories to assure financial reconciliation and inventory integrity.
