 The Professional Standards Department are looking to recruit an Investigative Support Manager, on a part time (26 hours) basis to provide advice and knowledge on complaints against the police and internal conduct matters. 
  What you’ll be doing  
 Managing the administration team on a day to day basis.
 Conducting final assessments on proportionate investigations, determining the need for disciplinary proceedings or appropriate action when necessary.
 Providing advice and guidance to Chief Officers, senior managers, departmental heads, and others on complaints and conduct matters.
  The must haves 
 Experience of managing staff and developing people.
 Experience of analysing and interpreting data and subsequent production of reports and presentations.
