Key Responsibilities
- Support the implementation and continuous improvement of sustainability and ESG policies across investment activities
- Collaborate with investment teams to integrate ESG risk management strategies, KPIs, and sustainability targets for portfolio companies
- Conduct ESG due diligence and ensure compliance with IFC Performance Standards and Environmental & Social Management Systems (ESMS)
- Engage with portfolio company stakeholders to drive sustainability initiatives, monitoring, reporting, and continuous improvement efforts
- Provide guidance and training to internal teams to promote accountability and strengthen the organization’s sustainable investing culture
