Overview

A career as an Analyst or Associate in the Private Company M&A team at National Bank means actively participating in the execution of strategic mandates (acquisitions or partial or majority sales) for our clients as well as supporting the sector coverage teams. This role will allow you to have a positive impact on our clients, due to your financial analysis and modeling skills. As a Private Company M&A Analyst or Associate, you will actively participate in a wide variety of transactions headed by senior members of the team.

This role is based in either Calgary or Vancouver.
