Job Description
The Investment Banking Associate is an intermediate level position responsible for providing strategic advisory services for clients and executing mergers, acquisitions and other types of financial transactions as well as assisting clients in raising funds in the capital markets.
**Key Responsibilities:**
As an Investment Banking Associate, you will be a vital member of the deal team, working closely with senior bankers to drive all aspects of a transaction. Your responsibilities will be broad and will include:
+ **Financial Modeling & Analysis:** Developing, building, and maintaining complex financial models for valuations, M&A, LBOs, and various capital-raising transactions (IPOs, follow-ons, debt issuances).
