Responsibilities
- Build, maintain, and review complex financial models and valuation analyses
- Execute M&A, debt restructuring, and other strategic advisory transactions
- Interact directly with clients, counterparties, legal advisors, and other stakeholders
- Review and analyze legal and transaction documentation
- Support senior bankers in business development and client coverage initiatives
Qualifications
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Investment Banking (M&A), Private Equity, Corporate Finance or Debt Restructuring
