Responsibilities
- Collaborate within a supportive and team-oriented financial back-office environment.
- Ensure all received documentation is complete and adheres to both industry standards and internal company policies.
- Accurately enter all financial and non-financial transactions related to fund firms into the transfer agency system.
- Participate in peer-to-peer quality assurance processes.
- Uphold exceptional service standards through consistent high-quality performance.
Job Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree Holder in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline
- At least 2 years of experience in an analytical or financial services role (asset).
- Strong understanding of mutual funds, capital gains, fund compensation, and
- investment account operations is an advantage
- Can start as soon as possible
- Willing to work onsite in Taguig City
