About the Role

Join Pearson TQ as an Invigilator and support learners throughout their assessment journey by delivering fair, compliant, and well‑managed Functional Skills assessments.

This is a zero‑hours role, offering flexibility based on learner demand. Hours are not guaranteed and may vary week to week (typically around 3‑6 hours when invigilation required).

The role includes regular evening invigilation between 18:00‑20:00 at Brompton Barracks (Chatham), so availability during these times is essential.

You will invigilate English and Mathematics assessments while ensuring a professional, supportive environment where learners can perform at their best. The role is based across Brompton Barracks (Chatham) and Invicta Park Barracks (Maidstone).
