The Invoicing & Administrative Clerk supports the GordonBrothersfinance and operations(C&I and Retail)teams with invoicing and general administrative tasks. Key Responsibilities

Invoicing Support

  • Prepare and issue clientand purchaseinvoices in accordance with engagement termsand internal processes

  • Check invoice details such as entity names, addresses, pricing, and quantities for accuracy

  • Track outstanding invoices andassistwith follow-ups asrequired
