IOP Implementation Consultant - China

We are looking for an IOP Implementation Consultant to support the rollout and adoption of IOP, a proprietary ERP platform used across Product, Purchasing, Quality, Design and Supply Chain processes within the Fashion Retail industry. Based in China, you will support local commercial offices, suppliers and business teams across various locations nationwide, serving as a key link between local operations and HQ teams in Spain. The ideal candidate enjoys working directly with users, understands operational challenges, communicates clearly and proactively, and is motivated by helping business teams adopt digital tools that improve the way they work. You should be comfortable acting as a bridge between local operations and global teams, ensuring that feedback, incidents, risks and improvement opportunities are communicated with clarity and business context.
