Skills/Experience Required Includes
- Education: Relevant post secondary education should include CCNA - Voice certification at a minimum
- 3 to 5 years of recent and related working experience with the following technology skills
- IPT Telephony MACD (Moves, Adds, Changes)
- IPT Telephony Trouble ticket resolution
- IPT Telephony Global implementation support ( Reviewing Business requirements docs)
- TP and video infrastructure support
- Cisco UC (Call Manager, SRST gateways, Phones 79XX series, Contact Center Express)
- Cisco CMTS, VCS
This contract is open to incorporated contractors who are currently located in either Toronto, ON or Florenceville, New Brunswick.
