Responsibilities

  • Assist in end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.
  • Maintain employee records, personnel files, and HR databases.
  • Support payroll processing by coordinating attendance, leaves, and benefits data.
  • Facilitate employee engagement activities, training.
  • Ensure timely issuance of letters (offer, appointment, confirmation, transfer, warning, etc.).
  • Handle employee queries and provide support regarding HR policies.
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and company policies.
  • Coordinate with government bodies, labour departments, and external stakeholders when required.
  • Maintain IR documentation, reports, and records.
