:Liaising successfully with a large scale of stakeholders (non-technical, technical, exacting, external as well as internal) to identify IS & T needs, evaluate them and to find possible solutions
Supporting the development teams with development systems, operating systems and network issues.
Ensuring efficient deployment of standard business processes & applications mainly in the development departments for HW and SW and Integration of latest non-standard hardware and software into the existing environment of a large corporation.
Ensuring functional & technical coherence between Group IS standards (e.g account administration, SW compliance, data confidentiality, cyber security) and local implementation. Pilot new business features not yet covered by standards.
