Role Purpose: Were looking for IT Administration Graduates to join our Operations team at Solid Systems. This role is ideal for graduates who enjoy structure, coordination, problem-solving, and working with people, and who want to build a strong foundation in a modern IT service environment. Youll work closely with our: Technical Coordination Team Customer Success Team Operations and Projects Teams Your role is to help ensure work flows smoothly between teams and customers by making sure nothing is missed, delayed, or unclear.
