Job Description

Responsibilities

  • Develop and implement the ACM Training Planfor assigned projects
  • Create, design and deliver training programs
  • Design, structure, and develop online / eLearning content aligned with the adoption of proposed changes
  • In coordination with the ACM team, contribute to a knowledge base for lessons learned and best practices
  • Prepare training environments, scenarios and associated user accounts
  • Initiate course evaluation and analyze collected feedback
  • Develop instructional materials, primarily through knowledge base articles and microlearning videos, and possibly other training collaterals such as user manuals, quick reference guides, FAQs and exercises to support training for staff in close coordination with the technical team
  • Conduct briefings, road shows, brown bag and other training sessions for management and staff
  • Establish early-life and other support activities
