Job Description

Responsibilities:

  • Deliver live and virtual training sessions, product demos, and Q&A office hours to accelerate user confidence and adoption of Microsoft 365 Copilot and other digital tools;
  • Create and update clear, user-friendly training materials (guides, videos, FAQs, presentations);
  • Manage and engage large user communities on Teams, sharing updates and answering user questions;
  • Onboard, support and energize Copilot Champions and Power Ambassadors, ensuring they have the right resources, messaging, and updates;
  • Organize and host regular community calls, workshops, and special events;
  • Maintain and update SharePoint pages and other communication channels related to adoption and enablement;
  • Track adoption and engagement metrics to improve training and support;
  • Collaborate with IT teams and business partners to ensure smooth rollouts and address users' needs.
