Job Description

Hydro Global Business Services (GBS) is an organizational area that operates as an internal service provider for the Hydro group. Its ultimate purpose is to deliver relevant IT, financial and HR business services to all business areas within the company.

Deine Verantwortung:


  • Analysieren, Bearbeiten und Lösen von Incidents und Service Requests im End-User-Umfeld

  • Unterstützen globaler Support-Teams bei Infrastruktur- und Applikationsproblemen

  • Sicherstellen eines stabilen Betriebs aller lokalen Infrastrukturkomponenten (Clients, Mobilgeräte, Peripherie, Anwendungen)

  • Duchführung von Hard- und Software-Troubleshooting sowie Fehlderdiagnosen

  • Verantwortung für die standortspezifischen IT-Dokumentationen im eigenen Aufgabenbereich

  • Mitarbeit im lokalen Support
